PAYMENT METHOD

Boutipe.com accepts a number of secure and convenient payment methods:

1. PayPal:

The most popular online payment method. We are fully PayPal verified so you can always shop with peace of mind.

2. Credit Card Via Paypal:

Credit Card via Paypal (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, etc.).

When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

All transactions are secured. The Boutipe.com website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data.

If you pay by credit card, it could happen that your payment is somehow denied at the checkout. There are some conditions that can prevent your payment from going through if you've had a credit card payment declined.

• The payment amount exceeds your daily spending limit.
• Some issuing institutions to protect credit card security will refuse to deal with overseas consumption.
• You entered the wrong information
• You've reached your credit limit, you won't have enough available credit to make the purchase if you have a low credit limit.

Under such circumstances, here are some solutions for you:

• Contact your payment card's issuing institution and ask them to adjust your daily spending limit.
• Contact your payment card's issuing institution and explain that the transaction is for your own consumption.
• Double-check to make sure that you entered all of your card information correctly.
• If you have a Paypal account, try to pay by PayPal.
• If you do not have a Paypal account, please select PayPal still at the checkout page & click the Complete order button. Then you'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the later option, you don't have to register for PayPal). Then you can complete your order with your credit card.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Boutipe uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out more information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

You will also notice that when you look at the URL at the top of the browser you will see that it begins with ‘https’ instead of ‘http’. This means that you are in secure mode.

Boutipe is registered with Cybertrust as an authentic site. This ensures that your information is kept private between your web browser and our web server.

If your card issuer is based in the EU, you may be asked to verify your payment due to a new requirement under the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2). You’ll be directed to a dedicated page to enter further information or asked to authorize the payment using your mobile phone. Once completed, you’ll return to Boutipe.
